My loan application no. Is 2334772 dt.23.09.2018. The procedure is very slow but i was waiting for processing as i needed the loan amount urgently. All the process was done. Amount of rs.1 is credited to my account for 3 times and debited for 1 time till today. I thought that your process may be slow but amount must be disbursed. Neither i received any sms or email regarding rejection of my application. For only query to know the time or status for the disbursement i called your customer care toll free no. & then i was informed that my case is declined. Don't you think that i should be informed from your side? Till this time i have not received any mail or sms as i was told that the reason for rejection will definitely be informed through mail.

      Hi,

      As guided by the executive, i paid the complete foreclosure amount on 18/09/2018 but till date they have not closed my account neither provided me the noc. I made more than 20 calls and dropped several mails but i didnt get any relevant support.

      I told the executive over call that i am getting messages to keep account funded for emi deduction, he told me not to worry as i have already paid the complete amount. But on 05/10/15 they got my emi bounced and for which the bank has charged me approx 400 rs.

      This is the worst of services which i am facing right now and nobody is providing any answer to any of my problems.

      Now through this platform i want to raise my below mentioned complains:
      1) i want my loan account to be closed at earliest and ecs to be removed from my bank account.

      2) provide me the noc.
      3) refund the bounce charges.
      4) lastly make sure that this bounce doesnt effect my credit score.

        Hi,

        As guided, i already paid the foreclosure amount on 18/09/18 through paytm but my loan account has not been closed yet and neither i have been provided with noc. Moreover they have marked my emi bounce for this month on which bank has charged me with emi bounce charges of 400 rs.

        I have dropped several mail regarding this and contacted customer support no. Also but i havent received any revert yet.

        I did the foreclosure payment on 24th september'2018 towards business loan no. Lxn d[protected] through neft & it has been instructed via email and i replied to that email along with payment screen shot but i don't see any response from past 16 days even 13 reminder through mail and 6 complaint over phone at customer care, here, again the instalment amount has been deducted on 05.10.18 even after making payment on 24.09.18 as per forclosure letter, i don't know to whom i need to reach out because customer executive doesn't have proper knowledge and every next call they are giving different reason for delay and they are not really helpful as they are saying that have limitations for concern lock not for resolution, even they don't have any tracking system for customer complaints, only one way communication seems in the system no interlinking with concerned department, no reference no. Providing against any complaint, no tracking of complaints, no senior person available for resolution in totality no full proof system available and a lot of loop holes in the world of digitalisation.

        Can anyone look into this, and try to give us better solution against my complaint.

            I have received a call from aditya birla finance regarding loan offer they providing me a good rate of interest rate 10.25% so that i had applied for personal loan. but now we i received a mail or massage from aditya birla finance they are mentioned 25.67% PA i have told to the person Mr. Himanshu ([protected]) and yogita ([protected]) regarding the same but the assure me that interest rate is 10.25% PA. now when i got the welcome latter and loan schedule form aditya i had again told them and share a copy on whatssaap.

            Now today i received my loan amount with interest rate 25.67% PA . i call them he replied that you used this amount and pre-close this after 2-3 months now he said he cant do any think for the same .

            the are fraud they given a wrong assurance and commitment.

            please aditya birla finance team look this matter and take a serious action on that.

              I took loan of 20000 from Aditya Birla and while making 1st EMI payment on 5th September, first payment went failed and second went successful. I make several calls to Aditya Birla as well as ICICI to know about the status of my failed payment. Almost after 10 days ICICI confirmed that both payment has been received by merchant means Aditya Birla. Again after multiple call and post on Facebook, Aditya Birla Confirmed that, they received both the payment and they will refund my access payment directly into my bank account which will take sometime. I waited again for 5 days but no update from them then again I started posting on FB and email and finally one of there representative called me and said they already processed my refund and I will receive it in 1-2 days. From then to now, it's been 10 days and I haven't received the payment. Now, they are not replying on emails and no calls. It's waste to call there customer care as most of the time number is not reachable or they will tell you to email and on email no one will respond you.

              This is really pathetic. I am amazed how government has allow them to run business and making fool to the customer.

              They all are cheaters. None of the bank takes 1 month to process with the refund. Who is going to pay penalty for holding my money from a month.
              If customers not paying EMI on due date then they are charging penalty on per day basis. There money are money and our money is nothing.

              I really want to get rid of this Aditya Birla.

                My loan account no: lxw-m[protected], i had been penalized for two cheque bouncing charges, on 5th sep'18 and 11th sep'18.

                Pfa for the indus ind bank mini statement for the month of sep'18 and also the screen short for the cheque bouncing charges.

                Kindly check the detail and update the same as its harming my cibil score, or else i will file a complain or legal case for the same as i am maintain all the record's along with the call recording with the customer care executive on[protected].

                Looking for a positive response.

                  I have closed my Loan by depositing the chequ into the nearest branch on 06th august 2018 and have also shared the deposit receipt as per the guidance of one of the customer care executive. Then after when i did not get a reply from you i called up and they ask me to send a mail mention NOC word in the email so the they may processed for Foreclose, so i did send them a email on 13th August 2018. After that on 31st August i received an email mentioning your details are not traceable please provide us the cheque detail, so i replied then then and there it self and provided the details, from that day (31st August 2018) i am continuously following up with customer care and email then the issue every other day. but received no response. the Foreclose amount was calculated on the basis of July 2018. and after that i paid the EMI of August and September 2018 as well.

                  Request you to please close my loan and refund my EMI as early as possible.

                    personal loan foreclosure process

                    It's been almost month that I have raised a request for personal loan foreclosure. They asked me to submit foreclosure issuance charges. I have paid that on the same day, they shared details. But till date I am waiting for their final foreclosure letter which is supposed to be shared by ABFL with me in order to close my personal loan. Too lengthy process.

                    This is very irritating and wrong process whereas others take just few...

                        I applied for home loan as all the documents i submitted to amit sharma (Working in your company in gurgaon office) for getting home loan.
                        As i get two time's loan sanction letter, from your company to me after that again and again i am facing problem's and different different kind of documents are asking by amit sharma as already i given to him all the necessary self attested documents, and on 25 august 2018 i visited in your office (Gurgaon) and asked him the status of my loan application but no satisfactory answere was given to me, even i also asked him to give me copy of those documents on which you get signature of mine as well as co-borrowers signature (Want to take loan kit and other related document's) but they refuse to give me. As amit sharma also told me that he want money from me to which i clearly refused.
                        You are requested to please tell me the status of my home loan application as registry date was already fix for 07/09/2018 delhi as if my loan is not able to passed from your company side then settle the matter and refund my money without taking any charges and please take action against mr.                           Dear Team,

                          I have an Loan account with Aditya Birla details given below:-
                          Loan no : - LXW - M[protected]
                          Amount Sactioned - 58000/-
                          EMI - 2215

                          My August months EMI is bounced as my salary was delayed and there were some medical emergency at home due to which i am not able to pay it currently.

                          As a collection department i can understand it's there duty to followup for the EMI which is not paid.I was getting calls continuously from last 4 to 5 days about the collection where the persons where little rude still i replied politely that the EMI will be paid as soon as possible mostly in the month end as i will receive my cash at that time.

                          On 18th August 2018 3 pm i got a call from this no [protected] where a girl named BINDU STARTED SPRY RUDELY...
                          Listening to my conversation my husband came he told let me speak...Bindu handed over the phone to his collegue Ramesh who is very in appropriate and uses very bad abusing language which is totally very wrong to speak to the customer.

                          When my husband took the phone that guy Ramesh conversation's i am writing in this mail ..Sorry to use such words in mail but i need to inform this to Aditya Birla Team in detail properly..

                          HE IS SAYING TO MY HUSBAND " TU KYA AGENT HAI KYA USKA WO RAND KO PHONE DE" SUCH DISGUSTING WORDS HE USED...

                          Then my husband kept the phone as he was also not comfortable speaking all this...
                          But Again that ramesh called and he is saying " Gand fat gayi kya teri bat karnekeliye"

                          and started giving all bad and slag words which cannot be told by me rite now..so disgusting all this..

                          Aaditya birla such a brand name is hiring such people in office ???
                          Is this the way to speak to the custome jst for the emi of 2215???
                          Are we Taking the loan free???
                          i think we are paying it off with interest andbounce charges
                          there is no such rite to speak to the customer like this.

                          BINDU'S conversation" Nokar hu kya main aapki..Mherbani kar rahe ho kya...Payment ki bat karo."
                          Is this the way to speak to the customer...

                          I want immediate actions taken against both of them using such slang words..
                          Very badf experience by Aaditya birla..

                          Finally we kept the phone saying we will come and speak to you in your office..They were calling from Villeparle office..

                          This is very wrong way to speak to the customer...Specially to my husband about me how can he say like this...

                          it was a total HARRASMENT CALL...PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS

                            I have taken a loan through Mobikwik, but in this month loan EMI got deducted twice. I had tried several times to contact your customer service, but simply they are harassing, also from your side there is no reply of my mail. Because only of your company my other bank cheque bounced, my cibil Score got affected.My family need hospital attention, but I couldn't able do it. As your company has taken 11000.Also simply a worst fanance company I had seen in life. please help me out.

                              Disbursal Date - 28 june 2018

                              My self Monojit ghosh i have taken loan from mobikwik app on 28 June 2018 an amount of INR 1000.00. Which first emi date was 5 Aug 2018 and emi collect account number [protected] ( Uco Bank ). But on 5 Aug my account not debited for emi but i had sufficient balance in my account on that day. So i called your customer care number [protected] and told him every thing then your customer care executive suggest me that sir please paid your emi amount through paytm or NEFT. So i decided that i have to pay my first emi amount on the same day and i paid my EMI amount INR 1775.00 through paytm apps on same day 5 Aug 2018. For your better information i attached the payment screen shoot with this email id.

                              But today i shocked with your sms which i got today at 6.45 pm. In this sms you have charged me the cheque bouns fees 886.00 and emi amount of 1775.00 total amount is INR 2661.00. It is totally wrong you people doing mistake by not collecting the emi amount on emi date and doing charge to the customer and i already paid the emi amount on the same date. Then why are you charge me the cheque bouns amount 886.00.

                              I request you please revert back the the cheque bouns amount 886.00 from my account because i have paid my first emi on same day 5 Aug 2018 through paytm.

                              For your better information i have attached all the screen shot with this Email and waiting for your quick and positive response.

                                As discussed with aditya birla capital customer care, i have paid my emi using paytm, as they said my nash has not been updated, so you have to pay it manually either by account transfer or by paytm. Now i got sms - "transaction of rs. 10651 towards aditya birla account xx2886" has been returned due to reson - insufficient funds on 06/08/2018. If nash has been updated already then why aditya birla finance misleading customer, also if i have paid the amount then why they are trying to deduct it again? Please resolve the issue asap.

                                  I had borrowed a Personal Loan and your team was so helpful until the loan amount was disbursed. After successfully debiting the EMI's for 3 months I suddenly got a call that my EMI didn't go through due to insufficient balance. Whereas I had more than sufficient amount in my account. Later on they realised that the NACH was not registered successfully due to signature mismatch. I have not received any type of communication from their team and neither any of the relationship manager contacted me for this concerns. All of a sudden they are now asking me to make an online transfer and again none of their team members/customer care reps are ready to help in this case. To make this worse they told me that they were debiting amount with the help of cheques they had which had the same signatures as rejected NACH. Something is really fishy in the office or the loan department.

                                    It got bounced
                                    I made the payment with all the charges they had put on the 10 th of july but they are still trying to debit my account and charging my debit account with incorrect charges everyday. I had also informed the same to their recovery agent who had called me on the 11th july but they are still trying to charge my debit account everyday.
                                    Please help me with this

                                      this is happening 2 time from with me 1st time my fault my EMI not cut in may month beacause late sallery i got call form 8th may regarding emi i will pay my emi throw IMPS on 8th but 11th may 1more time EMI cut from my account i mail him around 15 times but not grtting responce after next month i perposely bounce emi when they call me i told him whats haapening then they told me pay your emi we will gine you refund i pay my emi but same prom same day after pay my emi they 1 more time deduct my emi from my acc plz find all attachment about conversation and emi

                                        It's been more than one month asking for the details related to my personal loan. You guys have worst customer service. No information shared over phone support, they affront deny sharing information over call and ask me to email my query.
                                        I sent an email in 25 may, 2018 but did not receive any communication.
                                        You guys are awesome!!! You are the worst company ever!

                                        My query was -

                                        I want to decrease my rate of interest. Is it possible?
                                        If not, please let me know when i can transfer my personal loan to other bank?

                                        You guys did not bother to answer this till now from 25 may.

                                            With trouble i force to write this mail under a lot of harassment and deep trouble faced due to aditya birla capital finance and psychological pressure

                                            My loan application number 781141

                                            My loan got approved and received welcome letter and emi breakups for repayment almost 3 months ago but still i didn't got loan amount to my bank account, every time i call to local customer care they say same answer "loan amount is returning back because of some technical issue but dont worry you will receive in 2 days" and i have verified with my bank also, they said everything is fine but till i didn't got any amount please help me to disburse my loan amount asap,
                                            Its been almost three months since my loan was approved,
                                            All options are closed because of the aditya birla finance limited. I am in urgent for money i crossed all kind of deadlines for my debts.

                                              Hi adithya birla team,

                                              This is pavan teja. I applied loan for 5 lacs rupees and it's approved for 3.5 lacs. The loan case is already closed and still i didn't get the money. When i ask the in charge raj kumar ([protected]) he is speaking very loudly and he is saying that i am beggar. If the corresponding people are behaving like this no one will choose adithya birla. I dont want to accept this loan amount. Please take necessary action else i will escalate this to higher levels.

                                                I am arun pandey taken balance transfer and top up from aditya birla finance.
                                                Total amount is 9 lakh out of that 2.50 lakh is transfer in my account at that time also i called concern person because my balance payment of idb and hdfc is 6.6 lakh
                                                They told they will inform me in tomorrow.
                                                I didn't get any call after that yesterday only i got a call about dd and they told me that they are giving 2.97 lakh of idb instead of 3.60 lakh and they are giving dd of my two credite card whivh i had already paid on due date it self.
                                                I told the. That i didnt require dd of indusland and hdfc credit card.
                                                But they had send dd of indusland card and hdfc credite card.
                                                Without resolving my issue if you started emi
                                                I will go in consumer court

                                                  I took from aditya birla capital finance of amount 1200000 inr as per the deed the disbursement under part (Balance transfer and top up). The loan was disbursed on 30/01/2018 i received the top - up amount on 30 jan (817619 inr) the second part of loan yet not received. I tried a lot to coordinate with adfc but non response received. The relationship manager saying we are the same process and if you are having a such problem cancel the loan and pay our gap interest in a rude behavior with abuse.

                                                  Now in three way i was feeling pressure
                                                  1- if i get cancelled this loan adfc charging gap interest for amount 12lac (Even the amount 382381 inr which i dont received yet)
                                                  2- adfc and axis both are charging interest of amount 382381 inr for more 17 day which i did not received which they are charging me forcefully
                                                  3- and if i receive this amount a now so who should bare this interest from both bank.

                                                  I have already written mail many time to customer care but didn't get any response.

                                                  Please do the needful.

                                                    I, k sukumar from chennai working in border security force, central paramilitary force (Mobile number [protected]) applied a personal loan before one month in aditya birla finance ltd, chennai as suggested by bank bazaar.com. My application no.[protected]. After completion of all formalities, documentations and verifications, the person who collected the document from me and dealt the loan, (Name not known. His mobile number [protected]) he simply replied that your all documents are ok but you are not eligible for loan. (Firstly he told me that you are eligible for 4 lakh personal loan and your credit score is very good.)
                                                    Secondly, when the time of document collection, after my several requests, he call me at many places, finally he collect the document near his office which located at more distance from me.
                                                    So kindly look into the matter seriously so that such type of harassment may be avoided in future.

                                                      Hi my loan got approved and received welcome letter and emi breakups for repayment but still I didn't got loan amount to my bank account, when ever i call to local customer care they say loan amount is returning back and i have verified with my bank also, they said everything is fine but till i didn't got any amount please disburse loan amount asap,
                                                      and recently adity birla has also dropped ECS for deducting loan amount of rupees 3871
                                                      I have dropped you many mails regarding this issue but never got any replay from you people
                                                      its been almost two months since my loan was approved, am in some medical emergency.please try to understand the situation and respond back and i want the money
