I have received mail to pay the amount of rs. 11, 208 /- (Dishonor charge + late payment due)
Can u give deatils of cheque number & if cheque bounce was in 2017 why i not received any mail or call for charges that time now u mail in 2019 that u have pay the amount of rs. 11, 208 /- (Dishonor charge + late payment due)
I want all deatils regarding this.
It is harassment...
I have received mail to pay the amount of rs. 11, 208 /- (Dishonor charge + late payment due)

disbursement fraudulent

We booked a flat with Venetia Heights Greater Noida. Hence, we have taken a 24lacs loan from ABHFL(Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd) Noida. We booked a flat under the subvention schemes. However, we used to get a demand for letters to sign on the same to get the amount to disburse to Venetia Heights. Hence, we received only 2 demand letters initially. We signed on that after that we haven't received any demand letters for signing. Hence, without our prior approval, they have signed on the demand letter and disburse the amount to Venetia Heights Rs. 2956608, when we asked they don't have any answer for this they keep on saying we are working on it will get back to you and now we are chasing from the last 3 months no help they not even listening to us. Also, we asked for the face to face meeting so that many things get clear which does not happen yet.
Its was agreed the EMI will be started when you get the possession they have started the Pre-EMI without informing us.

I, mohit kabra, have taken home loan of rs 50lacs from your esteemed organization, bearing file no. Hfhl_[protected].
An executive from aditya birla capital, mr sourav pal (Sales) and priyanka ganguly (Credit manager) from kolkata, had assisted me in completing my loan from stage 1 to disbursement.
As per my knowledge, any loan will have emi attached to it and a processing fees.
With the brand aditya birla, i gave all trust to your executives which guided me all the time taken in loan disbursement.
To my surprise, i was astonished to find that after 5 months, the total principal outstanding is still
Rs 50, 56, 647 approx, which haven't reduced by single penny.
I went to aditya birla office at vardaan market, kolkata to enquire about the issue.
I was totally left blank when mr sourav pal, told me that this loan has feature of pre emi where only interest part is deducted and also processing fees of rs 60, 539 along with insurance amount of rs 1lac approx also has been done on loan where emi for insurance is being deducted monthly rs 924.
Mr sourav has betrayed me and took my signatures by telling all false things and landed me in a mess.
I am deeply hurt and furious for the experienced i have received by such big brand aditya birla group.
Why i would have problem in giving emi payment but mr sourav for his personal interest have done all wrong.
I request you to please look into the matter seriously and convert my pre emi which has been debited as normal emi which i told mr sourav to make it for my home loan. I also want a refund of my processing fees which wasn’t informed to me.
I visited aditya birla capital office kolkata, and the intolerant behavior of mr sourav at office has shook me.
Looking forward for your needful action.

Hi,
I took loan from mobikwik in 2018 i started paying the installment. I called mobikwik for asking full amount because i wanted to make full payment of the loan and close it they said that you need to call aditya birla finance i called they said you need to pay 47000 approx then they will provide me the noc. But i sent so many mails for the same they said you need to pay more for closure of my loan earlier their agent did not inform. Now they are not responding on my mails and calling me unnecessary and harassing me asking me to pay my emi when i have paid full amount.
Kindly look into my complaint and provide me the noc.

Your customer care people have not any update regarding this they always ask for mail and after doing mail so many times they always reply with the same answer that your loan is in process. not received loan after 2 months of application
My loan application no is 2919617 i am apply for a loan before 2 months and document and cheque collect by your representative on 12 jan 2019 but till now we didnot received any loan and not getting any update from your team. Your customer care people have not any update regarding this they always ask for mail and after doing mail so many times they always reply with the same answer that your loan is in process. Kindly help me in this matter and update my loan application other wise please send my documents back

do not reduce roi of home loan

I have transfer my home loan from iifl to aaditya birla with ac no hfhl_[protected]. And hfhl_[protected]. Before 1 year my name is jitendra patel.
My complaint is when i transfer my loan at that time my roi is 8.60% than within 6 months they increase roi three time and it reach near to 9.75%. They gave reason for that was rbi had increase the rate three time so we have increase it. When i send mail about to transfer my loan to other bank than they were ready to reduce my roi with 6000/- charge. Now my roi is nearly 9%. Now currently rbi has reduce roi but they said no we could not reduce we didnt have any informatio about reduce roi from rbi.
So i requist to you sir/mam. Please take some action against cheaters like them... Jay hind..

problem in last ecs of my loan

Sir as you said to keep 7101 balance in your accoubt to avoid bounce charge. I kept that amount in my kotak bank account before 1 day. But on the day of ecs i got a message from my bank side that your ecs could not be processed because of insufficient balance i. E rs7158/-
Sir your company did not informed about this amount and also did not send any message. Sir how can i know that suddenly you increase that amount 7101 to 7158. Due to your fault i have to pay 590 bounce charge to my bank.
After getting an sms from my bank i deposited 7158 in my account but till now that amount is not deducted from your side.
Pls solve my problem sir give me noc replace all

loan foreclosure

Hi sir,
I am mani from chennai. I was applied personal loan at oct 2018 for balance transfer from aditya birla roi 15%. Loan amount 4.5 lakhs. 4 lakhs for bt amount. 50000 for cash amount.
But, my personal reasons i don't want this loan. I had send mail to customer service regarding loan cancel or foreclose before first emi. Till i didn't get loan amount to my account. Many times i was directly reached chennai office regarding this request. But, he assumed told me 35000 amount i need pay for this loan closing. He told he sent mail to head of department regarding this.
But, now, i have got many call for emi amount but penalty for emi. I am middle class man. I got very depressing about this loan. I don't know whats happening in aditya birla finance. Please response me or adviced me. For my mistake i was applied this loan. Please accept my loan close request.
Note: till date i didn't get loan partial amount (50000) to my account. I have two dd from aditya. But, it's useless for me.
I didn't get loan agreement, loan emi indication sms or mail.

harassment of family members
This company is the worst when it come to loans stay away. I have other loans with banks but they all follow rules.
Farooque the collection agent harasses family members aking false statements that 3 months emi is pending wherein I have shared proof of payment made with 3 other employess of the same company. This just shows how dis oriented and how they have no idea what the employees are doing. The go to the house and harass members even if there is 1 month payment delay which is not even legal. I will be filing formal complaint with the police against this guy FAROOQUE and also posting on social media how horrible this company is and does not even know if customers are making payment or not. Even if you make payment they will say its pending and send people to the house. I will ensure that this is all over social media and all other network

I have submitted all the documents and also done with residential vetification and waiting from long back there is no status regarding amount approval .also called and spoke with customer support but there is no progress in my loan status.am expecting solution as soon as possible and the loan amount to be credited

I am fed up Aditya Birla, following for my foreclosure letter since 2nd November.
Till date, I mailed atleast more than 10 times, Also called in your customer care more than 15 times, spoke with so many executives with repeated same story to everyone.
I am also working with NBFC only with Shriram Finance as a Asst.Vice President, Handling Mumbai. Worked with HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered, Fullerton India, HDB Finance.
I know the policies about foreclosure terms & conditions. But Aditya Birla is so pathetic NBFC in terms of customer service.
Now, I am coming on point.
After requesting on 2nd November for foreclosure, You sent me mail on 20th November stating my mail id is wrongly updated in your system i.e, mohender.[protected]@gmail.com, Instead of [protected]@gmail.com ( only the difference of DOT between mohender prusti).
Now my question is, who updated my wrong mail id in your system, Definitely, I will not give you my wrong id.
Just because of your fault, I am facing problem since last so many days.
Brief Detail of my follow up with Aditya Birla people...
After requesting on 2nd November for foreclosure, You sent me mail on 20th November stating my mail id is wrongly updated in your system.
# Then, Immediately, I called customer care on dated 17th November, spoke with SUPRIYA, I spoke 45 minutes, she told me that she updated my mail id request, and it will updated in 2 days and then i will get foreclosure letter.
# Then, for confirmation, I again called cust care on 22nd Nov, spoke with KUNAL, He confirmed that, " there is no request is accepted for mail id updation, It means in my first call, SUPRIYA did nothing just fooled me. Then Kunal took my mail id updation request and told me that it will update in system in 2 days and I will get my foreclosure letter soon.
# Again on 24th Nov, I again called and spoke with some Lady in customer care (forgot to ask her name). I asked her about my mail id updation, I got surprised to know her revert. She told me that there is no request has been taken for any mail id updation. I really got surprised, WHETHER ITS A REPUTED NBFC OR ANY PATHPEDI ??? Then that Lady again took my mail id updated request and told me the same thing that my mail id will update in 2 working days. After this call finally i got confirmation mail that my mail id updation is under process ( CAS-226845-X3P1Q3 CRM[protected]
#Again on 26th Nov, I called to know the fact and spoke with FATIMA, She told me my request has been taken for mail id updation and it will again takes 2 working days. From 24th Nov to 26th Nov, 2 working days over & I didnt get any confirmation mail from Aditya Birla about my mail id updation & my foreclosure letter.
KINDLY NOTE: IF I DIDN'T GET MY FORECLOSURE LETTER TOMORROW ON 27TH NOVEMBER, I WILL FORCE TO ESCALATE IN BANKING OMBUDSMAN RBI COMPLAINT CELL.

After requesting on 2nd November for foreclosure, You sent me mail on 20th November stating my mail id is wrongly updated in your system.
# Then, Immediately, I called customer care on dated 17th November, spoke with SUPRIYA, I spoke 45 minutes, she told me that she updated my mail id request, and it will updated in 2 days and then i will get foreclosure letter.
# Then, for confirmation, I again called cust care on 22nd Nov, spoke with KUNAL, He confirmed that, " there is no request is accepted for mail id updation, It means in my first call, SUPRIYA did nothing just fooled me. Then Kunal took my mail id updation request and told me that it will update in system in 2 days and I will get my foreclosure letter soon.
# Again on 24th Nov, I again called and spoke with some Lady in customer care (forgot to ask her name). I asked her about my mail id updation, I got surprised to know her revert. She told me that there is no request has been taken for any mail id updation. I really got surprised, WHETHER ITS A REPUTED NBFC OR ANY PATHPEDI ??? Then that Lady again took my mail id updated request and told me the same thing that my mail id will update in 2 working days. After this call finally i got confirmation mail that my mail id updation is under process ( CAS-226845-X3P1Q3 CRM[protected]
#Again on 26th Nov, I called to know the fact and spoke with FATIMA, She told me my request has been taken for mail id updation and it will again takes 2 working days. From 24th Nov to 26th Nov, 2 working days over & I didnt get any confirmation mail from Aditya Birla about my mail id updation & my foreclosure letter.
KINDLY NOTE: IF I DIDN'T GET MY FORECLOSURE LETTER TOMORROW ON 27TH NOVEMBER, I WILL FORCE TO ESCALATE IN BANKING OMBUDSMAN RBI COMPLAINT CELL.

wrong information provided regarding loan and loan sent while in discussion only

Sir/madam,
I was told by your executives that i have been approved a loan of 3, 04, 000 and the emi would be 11200 for 36 months. To which i disapproved as i felt the emi was bit higher. While we were in discussions regarding the emi and rate of interest, loan was sent to me without my approval of any terms and conditions. The amount sent was 2, 85, 805 for 36 months and emi of 12, 086 as told by your customer care executive. I got no confirmation call, no intimation of anything regarding the amount. No verification was done at any point of time. I got no mail on my email id [protected]@gmail.com as i was told by customer care executive that email id in your records is wrongly entered. Also, the person who was talking to me on call regarding this loan can't be contacted now and his number is off. This is sheer case of cheating with me. I want to return this loan amount and also i want to lodge complaint against anyone involved in this, otherwise, i will have to complain to higher authorities. I will be highly obliged if you revert me as soon as possible and resolve my problem.
I have not got any reply of this mail and this mail is dated 2 november. Strict action should be taken against this fraud company who are fooling people.

I applied for personal loan with Kotak and that agent has shared my details to Aditya Birla for the loan.
I had very clearly explained that I am already paying 14000 emi out of 29000 of my salary but she told we will take over the existing loans and give one loan of 3, 40000. The fake thing is that they have made it as fresh new loan which is giving a total EMI Of 27000/- for the month of September 2018
My question is that what is that you are expecting from a person whose salary is left out with only 2000. Herewith I am attaching the recording and people who have spoken to me.
Please have someone call and give a solution for it, else I will file a case on both Kotak people who has spoke and the Aditya Birla guy Pradeep who called me.

This is regarding subject loan account number.
My first loan EMI which was due on 05/10/18 was not deducted from my respective bank account and I customer service person called me and told there was problem is ECS so unable to deduct amount from my account.
I made payment on 12/10/18 through net banking but on the same day Aditya Birla debited EMI through Cheque. Now two EMI being paid against one.
I reported this to your customer care but they told they can adjust in with my next EMI of following month which was due on 05/11/18 but they deducted EMI amount again from my account this month also.
I would request you to please make the refund of my one EMI amount at the earliest. I have made multiple calls to the customer service regarding this issue but still not resolved.
I have attached herewith my account statement for your reference.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

At first i call to aditya birla customer care and told them about details. They advise me to suggest for email to your department.
So, this is request you to please take it very seriously and take necessary action within 48 hours otherwise i take legal action against your company.

I took loan of 47k and my emi installment was 8545 for 6 months and every month emi installment deduct from my account after 7th but dont know what happened this month esi hit my account on 5th w/o any info as the loan was taken through mobikwik app was not having proper info on emi installment date as per previous trend i thought it will be on or after 7th.. Due to this u r charging me 750rupees. Aditya birla think that the consumer's money no matter take as much as u can and not getting any support tried reaching mutliple time no help through any panel o[censored]rs...feeling like trapped...

I am from coimbatore. I have applied personal loan through website i got pre approval 135000. I gave all my documents and cheque leaf to devadas executives after one month there is no response. After that i called some manager balaguru, jahir and rafi. They are telling your application no is error. My application also showing same no in website i send screen shot also no response my time only waste. Before going relation ship with adithya you should very careful no one give response to customer.. Finally rafi is teeling i ll return your loan docments. (Rafi is loan approving manager).. This is not solution..

facing issue in home loan installments

Dear Concern,
I have taken the Housing loan of 5 Lac Tenure 144 Month with the EMI of 5565/month from Aditya birla Housing Finance. I suppose this was my biggest mistake to connect with you. I am very much unsatisfied with your policy, incomplete information provided by you. Due to these incomplete information I am facing very much mental stress.
Issue-
I have paid 5565/- amount per month (apprx 11 Months) but still getting the message that 147 EMI is pending while at the time of loan it was clearly communicate by your Agent Mr. Saurabh Yadav and his senior that you have to paid only 144 EMI. When I have paid already 11 EMI then why should I pay again more the committed EMI.
I have still not received any physical or Email letter or documents regarding this loan while 11 Months has already passed with lots of Follow-ups with your agents.
EMI has start by the agent before Communicated date by me.
Inform Fixed rate of interest and providing floating rate of interest by the agent.

not informing about rejection of personal loan
My loan application no. Is 2334772 dt.23.09.2018. The procedure is very slow but i was waiting for processing as i needed the loan amount urgently. All the process was done. Amount of rs.1 is credited to my account for 3 times and debited for 1 time till today. I thought that your process may be slow but amount must be disbursed. Neither i received any sms or email regarding rejection of my application. For only query to know the time or status for the disbursement i called your customer care toll free no. & then i was informed that my case is declined. Don't you think that i should be informed from your side? Till this time i have not received any mail or sms as i was told that the reason for rejection will definitely be informed through mail.
