Last four month ago i was taken a loan from mobikwik aditya birla finance. Aditya birla taken from me machine form but not present july to september in my account and all the time i was paid my all emi within time but last four month they are made me mentally torture again and again sending me messages for bounce charges and mail. Now last four month i have not get it any soulation for this type of wrong practice which they torture me mentally harrasing. Now i will filled a consumer court case against aditya birla and mobikwik finally. All the payment done by my side on time rather then not taken by on time aditya birla finance.

Updated by parveen grewal really down grade services of mobikwik and aditya birla digital finance . uneducated people sit there no information about anything. no nodal officer for digital finance again and again make fool a customers. shameless persons in company .down market both the services provider.

I want to foreclose two loans taken from ABC FIN, One on behalf of my wife Dr.Snigdha Basu, ABFL LOAN ACCOUNT NO.LXW-M[protected] for an amount of Rs.60, 000/- (emi Rs. 7293) and another for myself Loan Account No. LXW-M[protected]BFOR AN AMOUT OF Rs.60, 000/- (emi Rs7322) .

I want to foreclose this two loans. Please tell me how can I do that?
