Aditya Birla Finance — refund which was deducted on dt. 5th oct, 2018

I am getting personal loan through Mobikwik for Rs. 15000/-

I was already force Close with repayment amount with Rs. 10372/- through PAYTM on date 27/09/2018 as per your Foreclose Letter instructions...

but late on, you also debited the unnecessary one extra EMI from my account on date of 05/10/18

so please refund this debited amount of Rs. 2670/- as early as possible

sent many times email for the same but no revert received from them. when i called many time to care center no satisfactory answer received, every executive tell me different different answers
