Aditya Birla Money — Aditya Birla Money Paytm postpaid

For the first time I used Paytm postpaid (Aditya Birla Money) service in the month of Aug 2022. I made 2 transactions, One on Aug 10 for Rs 719 and another on Aug 20 of Rs 385 (total Rs 1104). After I made the payment, I have never received the notifications on my app/ email about due payment and due date for the payment. And then from the month of September 2022, they started to penalize me as defaulter on their due payment. I was never informed about my last due payment date. when I started to penalize with late fee, I started to connect with the support and understand how I can make the used and due payment and revoke the late fee. I have never received the response from Paytm postpaid services. I was waiting for the support team to call me and resolve this case.

In the month of December, one rep called me asked to pay the due payment along with all the late penalties and I refused to pay the penalties. In the end, rep agreed on my terms and said just pay the total of Rs 1143 and my account will get settled. This rep shared payment link and I made the payment using that link on Dec 25. After payment, this rep assured me that now my account with Paytm postpaid is settled. I asked rep to share some proof about this settlement, but he said that this get settled in 8 days and he cannot share any proof for now. I waited for 15 days but nothing happened. In January, again I received a call from Paytm Postpaid and rep said that I have bill due, I was surprised because I was under the impression that my account was settled already but it wasn't. I narrated the complete story to the new rep and she said that my account will get settled in another 8 days if I have paid the bills. Today I am sitting on Feb 6, 2023, still my account shows Rs 1104 overdue.

This overdue is impacting my cibil/ credit score for the last 6 months. My credit score dropped from 750+ in August 2022 to 686 in this month. This is serious concern for me.

I am attaching all the necessary screenshots. Please help me settle this account and correct my credit score again.

Why am I penalized with another late fee of Rs 295 for the month of February 2023 when I paid my all the dues in December 2022. You are destroying my Credit Score and making me non-eligible for getting future loans.
