Aditya Birla Money — cheating on loan passing

Vipin gupta from aditya birla finance from kolkata office call me when i submitted my loan requirement. Firstly he say me to send 4500-/ rs for loan processing charge i paid it. Then after 10 min he call me back me and on call mr. Manoj was there who say me to pay insurance amount of rs 9500-/ i also paid that. But after 10 min mr. Manoj from same office call me and saying you have to pay 13000-/ as emi amount. I request kindly look over it
