Several times in the past i called the toll free number to get some answers to my queries but the customer service agent does not come on the line at all despite waiting for several minutes and finally the call is disconnected. It is a pity that such a poor service is rendered from a reputed and big business house of aditya birla.

Please give strict instructions to the customer service agents to respond to the calls promptly and if they do not heed to your instructions, take stringent action against them.

Updated by Manohar Narayan The complaint is about the customer service agents who do not bother to answer the calls. The call is finally disconnected after several minutes of wait. You call l again after some time and the result is the same. It obviously causes irritation and anger when your call is not answered despite trying repeatedly and waiting for several minutes.
