Aditya Birla Money — foreclosure letter not received

I have a personal loan in Aditya Birla capital. Which I have close now. I have raised a request for the foreclosure letter in the month of October but till now I have not received the foreclosure letter and any positive response .

Every week I am calling the customer care for 2 times only answer I receive is to wait for 48 hours .

Please help me in getting my foreclosure letter
