Aditya Birla Money — fraud complaint

Dear concern,
Please find the below screenshot of documents which are received from your company, regarding personal loan of rs 500000 on the name of ganesh kumar with this documents i just know the genuineness of the documents.
And other thing is that one of your employee name nitin which are coordinate with us regarding this loan first he demanded 4500 as a login charges of this loan and secondly he again demanded 9500 as a security money with us and processing charges he demanded again on the basis of approval letter which are not mention in approval letter and than we are asking for your manager or your superior number than he told us we are not authorized to share his number and even in weekend days he calls us for money dear sir we are not financially well and for this we need a money and your staff again and again demanding money on the basis of fake massages of credit loan dear sir here i request you to please look at this and provide are loan amount or are processing and other money back otherwise i well contact to rbi on the same.
