Agarwal Packers And Movers — Inaction on lost central locking remote during moving the car

I got my car relocated from Noida to Bangalore using the service of Agarwal Movers and Packers in January this year (2015 - Booking number MR No. MR/NOIDA/1415/00647). While relocation my central locking remote was lost by Agarwal Movers and Packers. At the time of delivery, when I refused to sign the delivery sheet, I was told that the car will be taken back to the warehouse, if I do not sign the delivery sheet. I was also told that if I add comments on the sheet saying that the remote is missing, I will be contacted back.

It is September 2015 and I was never contacted back by anyone and after multiple followups with Noida and Bangalore office nothing happened. Noida location wanted me to talk to Bangalore location and Bangalore location wanted me to talk to the Noida location. I called up their Head of Car movement but even he stopped picking up my calls after first times. I was so much harassed that I go the replacement of my entire central locking at my own cost. Till date the closure to my case has not even been initiated by Agarwal packers. I would not recommend anyone to use this service.

If you see their website, they do not have a complaint number nor a complaint email ID. When you call at their toll free, the customer care executives tell you that they do not entertain complaints and you should talk to the people who booked the movement for you.

When I added this feedback to their facebook page as a comment, they deleted the comments and blocked my account so that I cannot add further comments.

I am planning to take them to court for this, but want to increase the awareness for their service by posting here.
