I have to inform you that in accordance with your quotation no. QURKT23240034/2 dt. 07.04.2023, I had remitted Rs. 5025.00 on 21.04.23 as 10% advance payment. But due to cancellation of my transfer order, I had to cancel the proposed transportation of my household goods from Kodinar to Thrissur. This was promptly intimated to customer care on 29.04.2023. However, a confirmation to that effect over mail was received only on 02.05.2023. Since then I have been following up for refund of the advance payment of Rs. 5025.00. During one such occasion, I was told that it will take 15 days to process the refund.
Now it is almost over a month, I have not received the refund of the advance payment. It is mentioned in your quotation that there will not be any deduction on account of cancellation charges, if it is done before 4 days and above left for packing.
