Agarwal Packers — delay in submitting quote and quoting incorrect details of goods

It has been 5 days since your surveyor visited my house to survey and submit the quote for shifting house hold items to Bangalore. He has submitted a quote which is incomplete and the amount he quoted as per his statement is wrong and he wanted to resubmit it. So far he has not submitted the quote either by email or by post.
