Agarwal Packers — Mis-Hndling of house hold goods while trnsfering from Nagpur to Delhi | |||
I had booked my household items to be transferred from Nagpur to Delhi on 24th May 2015. I was promised that the goods will be transferred in the company vehicle and there will be absolutely no damages to my items. However, on 30th May 15, I had received the material and house hold items in a pathetic state. At the time of acknowledgement receipt of the item, I had to deny to sign seeing the status of my items which were delivered. The acknowledgement papers are still lying with me and after 6-7 reminders to Agarwal at Nagpur office and Delhi Office and also the Toll free number, no one is bothered to acknowledge my issue. I am very sorry to say that your company is very un-professional and had no respect and caring for their customers. I would promote to all my friend circle and corporate members and organisation about M/s Agarwal Packers and Movers about their uncaring and unfriendly approach and behaviour and also will try to motivate all not to take M/s Agarwal Services. At last I am bound to write to you in such a manner as my total approximate loss to the asset and household items is Rs. 50, 000/- and I want it to be repaid to me at an early date.
