Agarwal Packers & Movers — about poor service with improper information

Dear aggarwal packer
I am very disappointing with your services i book my all the goods through your service but it not supply in given time and also supply by any other services which name is safe pack. Firstly no one tell me that my items are transport through safe packers while i pay all advance to you for this... Still i not get my package from you last date of recive is 8 feb 2018 which is pass..
Kindly note i go to consumer court for this
If you not taken action as early as possible
