Hi, I transported my Bike from Meerut to Hyderabad via Aggarwal packers on 4/7/2015. they promised me that it would be delivered in 8 days but it took 12 days to reach me, When i got the bike it was all damaged, Oil tank was damaged, side panels damaged, all the indicators broke, Handle bar damaged, when i asked delivery boys about this he said we will get it fixed and gave me his seniors contact details, i called him he also said, i will send someone for the survey, survey guy came and he said within a day or two it would be done, now it over 1 month still nothing is done and meanwhile they have lost my helmet also which was with the bike only. I am calling these guys and now they are saying that it cant be done as we are not responsible for any damage happend while transfer. Please guide me what steps i can take to teach them a lesson, i am also ready to take a legal action against these frausters. Was this information helpful? |
