I had booked a car transportation from delhi to bangalore. They had quoted me rs 12, 000 and after negotiations we finalised at rs 10, 000 all inclusive with the delivery in 3-4 days. However once they took the car, they suddenly made the final bill of rs 21, 888 after adding insurance, covid pass charge, service tax, gst which was not at all intimated. They left me with no choice but to make this payment otherwise they will not give the car in the original condition. After making the payment and getting mentally harassed by the incharge they delivered the car in 8 days. I feel so cheated that would recommend everyone to think twice before using their service. Hi Team, This is really a painful experience with your service. Poor/Pathetic and what not. Now I had booked my car from pune to Greater Noida on 29th April 2022 and after 03-04 days I contacted on these numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected] and they informed on 05th May that your Car is in Ahmedabad and this will be delivered in 02 days time. Again I called on 07th May to check the status and got to know that car has reached to Jaipur within 02 days you will get your car. Again I called on 09th May, I got the response that this will be delivered within 02 days. Again I called on 12th May to check the status, I got to know that my car has reached Ahmedabad and this will e delivered in 02 days time. Therefore I contacted the corporate customer care number and now they said the car will be delivered on 17th May. Now my question is when I booked my car, got to know that this will be delivered within 10days and now your customer service team is not giving the exact status. Is it a crime to give Business to you? Also let me know when will I get my car?
