I had booked a shipment for movement of goods, it was scheduled to be dispatched on 07 Jul 2023.
I had paid 10% of booking charges i.e. INR 550.
I had intimated them on 3rd July 2023 about cancelation of booking due to change in plan. As per the contract full money was to be refunded if it was intimated 4 days in advance, which I did.
I had received several commitments from APML side over mail committing to refund the money the money.
As per their last mail communication on 22nd July 2022, they informed that the refund will be provided in next 10 working days max.
However as on today 9th September 2023 I haven't received the money.
I've attached herewith the
1) Quotation stating cancellation process 2) payment receipt 3) Booking confirmation receipt 4) Mail from APML side confirming the refund in 10 days from 22nd July 2023.

    Pathetic Services - charging for insurance and not adhering it

    I booked shifting services with Agarwal Packers and Movers DRS Group ( Bade Bhaiya) on 3rd June, which I received on 15th June.

    They have unprofessional staff, while packing we told them several times to pack properly as it contains TV, crockery and glass items, as per them it is packed properly.

    Now in transit, they broke my newly purchased LED TV, crockery, computer table, and some part of a double bed.br...

      Apml people came for movement of wardrobe, bed and one carton from Delhi to Bangalore. Since my house is on third floor, they came upstairs and took all the stuff to be moved downstairs. Despite my repeated requests to pack first and then take it downstairs, they refused to do so that they will pack it downstairs only where all packaging material is lying. They took all stuff downstairs and then started asking for more money for packing it. They asked for Rs.10000/- more to pack it. On repeatedly calling customer care also no solution was provided, everyone kept on giving other person’s name and number and even after talking to supervisor/booking team/ and others no solution was provided. They left my stuff on the roadside and left. Now my stuff worth lakhs is lying on the roadside unattended and they are of no help.

        Booked a movement of a wardrobe and bed along with 1 carton of clothes, etc. First these people come without any packaging material. Then after number of customer care calls and emails apml people reschedule movement for upcoming week. Came today with packaging material. Moved the goods from third floor to ground floor despite my requests to pack first and then take them downstairs. After moving all goods downstairs they say we are short of packaging material and we want more money to pack all the stuff. Asked for Rs. 10000/- extra. After no agreement could be reached they left my stuff on road side and left. Now my wardrobe and bed worth lakhs is lying unattended in a parking on the road. And tried calling customer care numerous times, with nobody responding to take responsibility or give any solution.

          Car Delivery

          My car was delivered from Kolkata to Bangalore. After the delivery, my car was filled with scratches, in almost every panel and was covered in dirt. My mudflap near rear left tyre was also broken. I paid transit risk fee of INR 3033/- and the Claims department of Bangalore is willing to offer only INR 5000/- which wouldn't be sufficient in recovering the cost required to repair the scratches.

          I moved my household from Indore to Hyderabad by Agarwal Packers & Movers, they promised to deliver in 10 days but they took more than two weeks. they promised to deliver all items without damage but my furniture was damaged badly, the vehicle also got damaged.
          They promised to put the all items and install them within the invoice amount,
          but Agarwal staff insisted me to give them extra money to put my households in my home.

          It's a very worse service my 16000 rupees Ofiice table was damaged very badly, Almariah was damaged, Vehicle got damaged, Dressing table channels were broken. They need to provide Insurance for my goods as they are assuring to deliver of the households safely but they are demanding the customer take Insurance and their staffing taking a huge amount of money to keep the households inside.
          My damage value is more than 20000 but they are offering me 2000 for the damage.

            They are big time thieves and thugs and moreover they have good who threaten customers. My shifting from Bangalore to goa was a terrible nightmare and no support from the APML Team. After lot of fights they paid 2000 rs as compensation for my 4 missing boxes. How can the boxes be missed if they have picked all.

            I will never recommend them to anyone.

              I had my bike picked up on July 22, 2023, with a consignment tracking number of 4785872, which turned out to be incorrect or invalid. Despite reaching out to customer care, I have been unable to track the number. The contact person who took the payment of 6000, Kusum Roy ph no ( [protected] ), is also unresponsive after receiving the full payment. She sent me a phone number via SMS, and when I called, someone confirmed that my bike is with them. However, they said I need to pick it up myself, as they don't have any vehicles available. They also mentioned that it could take another 5-6 days. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the company's handling of my situation, and I want to file a formal complaint with the local police and consumer protection forum for their gross mishandling and misconduct.

                  I had shifted my house from Jamnagar (Gujarat) to Pune (Maharashtra) on 15.05.2023 through APML (GC NO :- GCJAM[protected]. I have purchased Rs. 300000 insurance and paid Rs. 69000 (Including Insurance amount) for this shifting, APML was agreed to carried out packing and unloading in presence of supervisor and providing sufficient manpower for packing and unloading activity. I had requested APML team to provide a close container for shifting my house and increase insurance amount so that household items will not damage and i can recover amount in case of any damaged. But APML Jamnagar team informed that nothing will go wrong and open truck is sufficient to shift your house. I had paid all the amount in advance at Jamnagar. At the day of shifting only 3 labours were came for packaging. I requested to call more manpower as agreed then these labour informed that 03 are sufficient and nothing will go wrong. After completion of packing these 03 labours asked Rs.3000 additional than paid amount as tip. After conversation they agreed for Rs. 2000. I paid Rs. 500 Cash and Rs. 1500 through Paytm. I have Paytm transaction details. APML team has not done proper packing at Jamnagar. My Nabours informed me that it will damage your house hold items. I discussed same point with APML labours but they replied that we have many year's of experience and nothing will go wrong. At Pune also no supervisor came for unloading and APML has only send 3 labours for unloading. After the truck arrived at Pune i saw that household items were damaged and all damages were shown to 03 labours. They also accepted these damages and took photos for reference. These labours have also handled unloading very roughly and damage few items during unloading. My 03-seater sofa was forcefully pushed in lift to avoid manual handling. I saw this condition when the lift came to the fourth floor. Immediately I called APML Pune office for such observation but not proper response received from Pune office and my phone call was cutoff. I have taken all damaged items photos and send to APML. At Pune again these 03 labours has requested additional money but i refused due to poor experience from APML. As per phone communication with Pune office, i collected quotations (Worth app. Rs. 37500) for all damaged items repairing and submitted to APML. I also shared my experience with the APML team and explained about their poor and bad service. APML approved carpenter also came at my house to see the damages of TV show case and given quote of Rs. 2500 for repairing only TV show case. Now APML has only approved Rs. 14000 for all these repairs and not replying to my complaints about the poor and bad service provided by APML. My complaint is that APML has not provided the agreed services and damaged my household items. If they are able to repair all these items within Rs 14000 then they can do this. Rs. 14000 is not sufficient for all items repair or replacement. Refer attached mail communication for details. If required, i can provide extra photos of damaged items also. I have attached one photo of a damaged food processor pot worth Rs. 6000 for example. This is imported food processor and i had purchased this pot one month ago before house shifting from outside India. This pot was simply put in cartoon without proper care. I had seen this damage after submitting damaged items details to APML, hence i had not included food processor damage pot in list. I am attaching this photo to show how APML has handled my household items. I have attached only recent mail communication with APML. I have many mail communication with APML but they are not responding. I have not attached all mail communication. If required i will submit all mail communication and damaged items photo.

                    Most of my household items were severally manhandled as all the items are damaged.
                    Claim submitted 2 months back but still not settled.
                    The same was mentioned by me in delivery confirmation given to delivery staff.
                    TV, cooler, battery, fridge, bed, scooty, almira, big bucket, kitchen items are completely damaged. All the packages were wet & damaged resulting damage of household goods.

                        Followed up more than 6 times via email and refund not yet issued. Standard reply mentioned below is being sent promptly after every follow up.

                        "Apology for the delay, your concern regarding the refund has already been forwarded to finance please cooperate with us for 5 to 6 working days."

                          This is the worst ever service I have faced.
                          In 1 word- I would say, worst service ever I have seen and I will never recommend to any of one.

                          I have booked for 17th June 2023 for my pickup from Vadodara and Transfer to Gurgaon. They delayed it by 1 day and came on 18th with only 2 guys for whole items packaging. If I would have planned the family move by flight on 18th, it could be a disaster for me in terms of

                          When they came, they did not have proper boxes for packaging of TV and LCD. They did the packaging in between of 2 pillows. (I have photos and Videos for reference)

                          Now after dispatching, they committed me to delivery my consignment on 23rd July 2023 since they delayed my pickup. But they delivered my consignment on 25th July 2023 with 1 item missing. (Revolving chair).

                          They have delivered my items with wholly damaged. My total 6 items damaged heavily i.e. Almirah, TV cabinet, Sofa, Fridge bottom support bend, Single Bed Wholly damaged. (Each and every items Photos and Videos are available with me)

                          At the time of Loading my consignment, I asked to guys for give me the insurance and they said at the time of packaging they don't provide insurance. (miracle new point heard)

                          I asked Agrawal Packers and Movers Ltd (APML) to provide me the compensation for heavy damaged my items. They said they can not give and after lots of emails, they said they can only provide 5000 INR since damages are high. (I have lots of emails copy for the same).

                          Coming back to my Missing items. I am still chasing my missing item and now its 20 days completed and they do not have any reply on the same. My wife is working from home and she is having back pain so I bought this revolving chair. Now since its too much delayed, I bought new one and could not bare anymore without it. I asked to Agrawal Packers and Movers Ltd (APML) to provide me the money for it (8000 INR).

                          Still I did not get anything from it.

                          I want my money back and to popup this issue of Agrawal Packers and Movers Ltd (APML). Many of the customers faced this issue so its better to raise it.

                            According to the initial agreement, the items were scheduled to be delivered on June 27th, 2023. However, as of the current date, July 5th, I have not received any updates regarding the status of the delivery. The lack of direct communication and the absence of satisfactory service have been disappointing. I kindly request that you provide a prompt update on the delivery status or offer a resolution to rectify this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

                              We shifted our household through Agarwal Packers and Movers from Jodhpur to Kolkata and most of our wooden furniture got damaged including Bed, Sofa, and a brand new Coffee Table's Stool, Wall Clock, lamp and a photo frame of lord Shiva which was very close and special to us...
                              The fragile items reached in a wet cartoon which was opened
                              We insured our shipment and now they are giving only a nominal amount as compensation.

                                  I have encountered significant difficulties in retrieving my missing items and have not received any satisfactory response from APML team despite several attempts to contact them.

                                  I engaged APML services on 29th May to transport my household goods, including several valuable items worth approximately 15, 000 INR. The shipment arrived at its destination on11June2023, but upon unpacking, I was disheartened to discover that a number of these valuable items were missing. This has caused me great distress, as these items hold sentimental and monetary value to me.

                                  Since then, I have been making repeated phone calls to APML customer service department in the hope of resolving this issue. However, to my dismay, my calls have gone unanswered, and I have not received any assistance or updates regarding the missing items. This lack of response has only added to my frustration and has left me deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received.

                                  I would like to emphasize the urgency of this matter and kindly request that APML investigate the situation promptly. It is essential that I retrieve my missing items as soon as possible, as their absence is causing significant inconvenience and distress.

                                  I trusted that this company values its customers and takes their concerns seriously. I implore them to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and provide me with an explanation for the missing items. Furthermore, I request immediate assistance in resolving this issue by locating and returning the missing items to me without any further delay.

                                    We have done the APML movement through you a second time considering we had no damages last time from Pune Banagalore was a good experience back then. This time you people broke the planted Aquarium(item 23) price of 20K. This aquarium is not normal and it is crystal glass custom made planted aqurium hence, we are asking for the claim that we have paid the insurance of 1lakh amount overall. your representative mentioned we clearly asked if this item can be taken safely or not before choosing the packaging company. He confirmed it and hence, we took APML as the packaging. We also had the option to go for Pikkol and they clearly said they can't guarantee this item. Hence, we chose you. You being the number 1 company and genuine agarwal ltd. We choose you not pikkol. Let me know if youw ant to share the quotation copy from pikkol email I can share it and also talk to the pikkol agent for clarification. I clearly explained why I chose APML we don't want to loose the planted aqurium. Your team broke the critical item that was suppose to safe one. For sure I won't want to take service if the overal satisfaction not met again

                                    Moreover, I spoke to the representative who is from the claim department he said we need an invoice but we don't have one with us. We took the insurance and we are asked to select the value based on the listing we are selecting the critical items for sure this is one of the critical reason of choosing APML to be safe not to claim the insurance it is your representative who opened it and showed that it is broken in transit. We need to claim the 20K that we have put already as an insurance and we have claimed the insurance if everything was fine. Why will we choose you and insurance to make sure our goods reach safe?

                                    We don't have any invoice for the item purchased as discussed before. Raising the claim please do the needful and pay the 20K claim that we have updated as per the document.

                                    I am regretting choosing your company and so much hassle just to get the claim for the item that you broke. Please fix this issue soon and let me know why the claim is taking so much delay with insurance and this is the reason you take money but when the issue happens nothing happens in the insurance claim. You simply ask for documents that we can't produce.
