We have taken services from this company while shifting from chennai to indore, however they have committed to provide compensation, which they are have not yet provide...

I had shifted my house from Jamnagar (Gujarat) to Pune (Maharashtra) on 15.05.2023 through APML (GC NO :- GCJAM[protected]. I have purchased Rs. 300000 insurance and paid Rs. 69000 (Including Insurance amount) for this shifting, APML was agreed to carried out packing and unloading in presence of supervisor and providing sufficient manpower for packing and unloading activity. Most of my household items were severally manhandled as all the items are damaged.
Claim submitted 2 months back but still not settled.
The same was mentioned by me in delivery confirmation given to delivery staff.
TV, cooler, battery, fridge, bed, scooty, almira, big bucket, kitchen items are completely damaged. All the packages were wet & damaged resulting damage of household goods.
