I Faisal Shabbir Fanaskar in Navi Mumbai. This is a complaint against Mover & packer service named Mr. Firoz Noor Khan, Akroli Road, Kandivali East, Pin No.400101
In the month of May.2018, we have booked the transportation from Nerul, Navi Mumbai to Ratnagiri for shifting my home stuff. I have paid him Rs.8000/- through Paytm (attached copy for reference) . the date was fixed to 25th May, 2018. I have to wait for transportation but till 8.pm nobody came. I make multiple calls to mr.firoz but he kept me lingering and haven’t arranged any transport. After that I have booked another mover and packer service and shift my home stuff. Next day Firooz called me and said he will return my money in the next few days. I waited 15 days. After 15 days We had make many phone calls to Mr. Firooz Noor Khan but he has blocked all my numbers.
