Agarwal Packers & Movers — Claim not settled for damaged Goods & Demanded extra money during Loading & Unloading

I had shifted my goods from Chennai to Bangalore on 3rd Apr. During the day of shifting the packing team committed to arrive at 9am, but reached at 1pm.
After packaging they demanded Extra money of 3, 000/- to transit the goods.
Once after unloaded at Bangalore different set of people came to unload & demanded for extra 4000/- Rs.
Promised to install 3 cots, but installed only 2 & 1 cost has not been uninstalled.
Washing machine has not been packaging properly due to which the internal parts has been damaged costed 12000/- to get it repaired.

All this issues has been raised to Agarwal team, but completely no support from them. They are not answering the calls.
Very poor management & completely money minded people.

I had very bad experience with Agarwal packaging.

Need support to claim the extra amount spent.
