My consignment was sent from kolkata to pondicherry in july-2016, with a full box of items missing and damaged refrigerator by agarwal movers & packers. The customer care at chennai settled for a compensation of rs. 5000, it has now been 3 months and i have not received any payment. The customer care person kshitij in chennai doesn't receive my calls and other people in chennai do not respond about this although i have official mails towards that fro chennai with cc to delhi team. I am much disappointed since i am an old client.
