Hello,
I am Pritesh Gupta, and my consignment number is WIGNMUM09353 dispatched from Mumbai to Delhi on 20th Feb 2017. I was confirmed by the company that my consignment would reach the destination by 27th latest. However, despite multiple calls till date (28th Feb) I have no clue when it will reach Delhi.
The customer care representative fails to provide clear answers with reasons for delay. Moreover, how can there be a delay and if at all why is the customer not informed in advance.
On one hand Agarwal team talks about how well established they are and take full payment as advance and then on the other fail to deliver goods on time.
Its a shame! and the customers like me should be appropriately compensated for this torture. Lastly, the customer care team had mentioned that they would call back - however no call has been made till now.
Extremely disappointed to see such a behaviour from a reputed organisation. Even after so many years if the processes are not defined then what kind of business are you guys building? Was this information helpful? |
