Agarwal Packers & Movers — Consignment not received and no update from APML

I had loaded my consignment GCPUN[protected] in Pune on 10-Sep haven’t received any updates since 16-Sep. last known location was Khawaspur. customer care is unable to confirm the date of delivery and Delhi incharge in Delhi, Mr. Raman is not responding to my calls. Which makes me feel there is some issue with my consignment

I have no clue how to get my consignment
