My GC number is GCHZD[protected]. Booked for Rs.54000/- from Hyderabad to New Delhi to shift my house on[protected].
1. Several of items were damaged (wooden table, crockery, washing machine, Steel almirah) during the transit. After talking to claim department for several weeks till today[protected] no settlement happened and surprisingly they didn’t fill sorry for it.
2. As a customer, I paid premium charges expecting better service than other players in the market but in return I was offered with insufficient and unfriendly staffs giving excuses, shameless not lifting the calls. In order to track and get my own stuff I have made 20 to 30 calls a day. Ironically the customer care sitting at office have no control over the field team and they just pass you the field executive or warehouse people number. These warehouse/ delivery team will not lift your calls at all. (shamelessly)
3. The packing and delivery team members are beggars demanding money for everything as if they are doing mercy to do packing and delivery to you. Demanding extra money is right for it. Mind it. Was this information helpful? |
