I have shifted my household goods from Ghaziabad to Pune .
First of all the delivery of goods was delayed a week and after delivery i noticed that some of my goods were in damaged condition .Even after complain no necessary action was taken from company's end .
Seems they just ignore the customer after receiving money . Really unhappy with this.

Updated by ASHUTOSH KR. KUSHWAHA No actions taken till date . Customer executive just call for confirming the damaged items and said that they would be refunding the amount . But still no action taken .
A guy named jalandhar contacted me saying that a refund will be initiated .
