Agarwal Packers & Movers — Damaged my goods during delivery, poor packing and employees encouraged to extort tips | |
I had hired Agarwal packers and movers to shift my goods from Bangalore to Jaipur(GCBNG[protected]. The company workers extorted tips in the name of good work but did a shoddy job of packing my stuff. Company charged insurance fees as damage protection as well at the time of hiring. At the time of delivery my TV unit, was broken and my cartons were opened it seems. I tried claiming damages as they charged me insurance for it, but I am not getting any responses from their customer care. I have dropped multiple emails. Please help.
