Agarwal Packers & Movers — damaged the products and now threatening | |||||
I moved my household goods from bangalore to jaipur from agarwal packers and movers ltd (Apml) through consignment number cggnblr082009. Most of my goods that they delivered are damaged and few items are missing. For the lost items they are not taking any liability and they are not even ready to get the items repaired. They have now started to threaten me saying that they will not do anything to repair or refund and i can even go to the court. Even their state head mr. Ghanshyam and their claims officer rajesh are now threatening and saying that they will come to our house and see us well. Can someone help me with a consumer court advocate as i want to highlight their service to entire india.
