This communication is to report a complaint regarding my car movement from Noida to Pune. Below are the Facts and details:
1. I had paid in cash and booked the delivery on 2nd Feb17 with Agarwalpackers and movers, noida.
2. Was told that car will be delivered in 7 days to Pune
3. Got a call and mail from desk officer (Nitin Kantiwal)stating that car delivery is delayed and it will be delivered by 11th Feb.
4. Company online tracker shows 5 days old data... whats the use of that? Better not to fool customers showing off this stale tool.
5. Today I get a call from company's delivery team associate (Mr. Nandan) stating that car delivery is delayed further by 2 more days...I will get car by 13 feb 17. Reason was told to me that the container got breakdown and it took 3 extra days. Do they really think customer will buy this crap?? Atleast give some sensible reason to fool the customer...
Now, I am even sure whether my car is safe or damaged during this breakdown...
Also, if I have to pay more than double money (in comparison with agarwals packer's competitors ) to the company for this delivery, then i expect a sense of responsibility from thier side.
A sorry statement does not allow them to escape from thier responsibilities, would this delay be compensated?????
Agrawal PnM never compromise with the rates... then how do I compromise with the service??
This was not expected from such a large organization... such an unprofessional deal...
I have filled the feedback on thier portal...no response or due diligence call received so far...
Please assist.
