I had booked total 6 packs including one scooty (Pleasure) from Siliguiri (Actually Jalpaiguri) to Ahmedabad. Booking and packing time they said it must be delivered within 7 to 10 days. I had gave my all packing box by 29th March’22 and received yesterday night after more than 20 phone calls so it’s around 26 days. As per their commitment my family move to Ahmedabad but harassed for two weeks for materials. After that we get our material broken (photo attached). Packing staffs and delivery stuffs are not bad but they never move from your home until you give them tips.
5 years before I transfer the all household material including scooter, fridge, ply beds etc. – that time all the materials reached on time and safely except one mirror broken. But I think after divination of two brothers of company (As I heard from staff) – this APML (https://www.agarwalpackers.com/) become a worst.
