We booked agarwal packers and movers for shifting of our household items and shifting of our car on 29/09/2019. Our consignment id is gcndlh[protected]. As per the documentation, they promised to deliver our goods latest by 03/09/2019 (Verbal communication). Then we kept calling them to track the record of our delivery. On 4th we called the person to whom we have contacted for our consignment, he told us to call customer care to know the status of our delivery in mumbai. Later when we called at the customer care, they told us that the household items are reaching at mumbai warehouse but the car is still in m. P. Later on 7th we received our car, so to know the status of our goods, we called at the customer care they told us that the goods will be delivered most likely on 8th. Today on 8/10/2019 when we called them, they said that our consignment is somewhere in jaipur and will update us regarding the delivery status by tomorrow.
This is to bring them a notice that atleast tell the person regarding the location and expected time of delivery of our consignment. Because fake promises make us anxious about our precious goods and your customer lacks faith in you.
