On 19th OCT 2016 I booked consignment (totally 31 boxes) but after so many follow-ups they delivered only 30 pieces on 7th Nov 2016 while promised delivered before Diwali (30th Oct). The DC no is 4519160 and I totally paid Rs.16, 225 for assured delivery of all my Household items from Hyderabad to Rajkot. This company (Agarwal Packers & Movers is a Logistics company of DRS group with offices in Kabra Complex, Secunderabad. All their tall promise failed and even I got delivery of items in very bad conditions -- so many glass items totally broken or fully destroyed, So many delicate expensive crockery and show pieces fully destroyed as well. Even after several complaints they fail to address this matter. Hence request kind support

Updated by Jyotin Mehta There are too many Agarwal company. This is part of DRS Logistics and the website is www.agarwalpackers.in. As a customer I like to warm and alert all future customers about their fake delivery promises, no accountability and totally unprofessional people at all places. This company (Agarwal Packers) is part of DRS group. They also got a school called DRS School in Secunderabad. I have submitted legal notices and prepared to go to any extent by circulating this experience with then. DRS a shoddy company, fake promises and very very unprofessional people at all levels. PLS BEWARE OF THEM
