I booked their service on 24th Oct and they told they will deliver it around 3rd Nov..I got my car today - 11th Nov.
There is no online tracking system and after numerous calls, i got it delivered today. It was not at all in the same condition as given to them.
Scratches and dent on one of the doors and the car was all dirty. On asking about it, they ignore and say the scratches are old. To me, it looked like they tried to fix the scratches and dent.
I need a refund of the inconvenience caused due to delay in delivery ( 7 days ) and the damage to the car.
