I made a booking with Agarwal Packers and Movers limited, however, due to covid, my movement had to be cancelled.
The terms and conditions clearly said that if I cancel the booking before 4 days of actual travel, full booking amount would be refunded.
I have made many calls and written emails to them, every time they tell the booking has been cancelled and refund initiated, however, the refund has not yet been received. Was this information helpful? |
