I had booked this packers for shifting my Refrigerator from Bhuj to Bangalore on May 18th. Till now I never received any update calls from the packers. Its me who has to call them and beg for details regarding delivery on every single day. They got a Share Auto for moving the item from my home my doubt regarding this packers started from then and till now its increasing. Everyday I get to hear new stories from the person who confirmed my booking and even Customer Care is not responding properly. They always say that they will get back but never they did. I wonder how did this Packers still holds the best Packers name even being the WORST PACKERS in the world. Promises shouldn't be made you are unable to keep.
