I have received the consignment on 02.06.17 to Madurai and during delivery i noticed my bike doom glass damaged and Almira having dents and i have written on your invoice and immediately communicated to Madurai branch incharge and next day i given the mail in details to your marketing person Mr.Harikant pathak and he said to me send the mail to Madurai branch and he given the contact mail id also.After sending the mail to Madurai brance i have contact to Madurai branch incharge and he told me that we forwarded to Bangalore head office and process will take 8 days more and again i have contacted to Madurai branch on 14th Jun'17 and he told me that please contact customer care and i have contacted customer person two times on 14.06.17 and 17.06.17 and both time they asked my mobile number and they told me that we ill contact you once we checked but in spite of frequent follow up with your customer care person but still i am not getting any reply. This kind of activities are causing to lose the hope with Agarwal packers and movers. Even we are paying huge amount for transportation for quality delivery purpose only but we are getting pain our desired items are getting damaged due to other mistakes.
