Gc number 4550157 had bukd household materials from bangalore to ernakulam on 28.05.2017 total 48 materials and was delivered on 2.6.2017 in ernakulam with 2 materials tv stand and water filter damaged and 1 item bed ply undelivered till date... Wn asked answers have been very irresponsible. No response evn frm insurance dept aftr sending mail.. Calls hav been unattended n no response both from bangalore n cochin offices. Highly irritating n very bad customer service. Still nobdy is able to get my material evn aftr 9 days. Pls do help. My num is [protected]. Hoping for some positive response atleast from here...
