I have booked my consignment with agarwal movers& packers on 10th of July. They told me it will reach to my place by 14th July. But this was not the case, Today is 20th July and now still my package is not reached to me. Whenever I call their customer care they don’t respond properly but providing me new date again. Also, they promised me that Loading/Unloading is all included but their site supervisor who have to deliver my consignment is saying that I have to hire local people for unloading as they don’t do unloading. First they are not even delivering my luggage till now and secondly now they are arguing about this unloading part. This is very unprofessional behaviour by them. I had paid them 20, 000 which was quite higher than other shifting companies. Others were charging only 12, 000- 14, 000 for the same and had mentioned to shift my consignment within 3 days. This is really pathetic behaviour from agarwal movers& packers, they are not trustworthy. Was this information helpful? | 
I had booked my consignment with agarwal packers and now they sending it to me by local transport vehicle.
Please help me in this case if anyone can. This is really scam by agarwal packers. They should be fined for this.
