Agarwal Packers & Movers — I am complaining about my consignment delivery from agarwal packers and movers

I am waiting my consignment delivery to chakia bihar booked from vijaywada on 10 november. I got call from agarwal pakers on 18/11/2024 that my consignemnt has reached patna city mentioning that I need to pay the rest amount and then it will be get delivered to the respective address that is chakia town of bihar. I have paid the rest amout on 22/11/2024. Since then I am waiting for the delivery and aggarwal pakers are not receiving my calls from last 3 days.
