Agarwal Packers & Movers — Missing and Damage Stuff from APML STORAGE

We have kept our household items in storage on 12th feb 2021at Bangalore GCBLR[protected] and 16th apr 2022 we got household stuff delivered to our home. To our surprise our cycle black and green( expensive sports 21 gear cycle) of brand mach city was missing and sofa received in damaged condition ( mouse eaten the foam). We have taken the insurance while putting everything in storage and were paying 1800 inr per month for insurance only. Pls suggest how to get cycle and sofa. I am really surprise to see condition of stuff, it was like almost every item full of dust and white marks as if stuff was kept in open. And most frustrating part is mouse has eaten the mouse. We were told while booking storage that we have 3 layer packing plus we stack and wrap with black sheet and pest control done every 2 weeks. I would never recommend apml to anyone if such is the service. Kindly help resolve this on priority. Since I have paid more than 26k in insurance atleast i can expect a recovery of my 21 gear cycle and compensation for sofa damage. I have already informed Mr Manmohan bangalore head about the issue
