I had chosen your movers and packers services based on the name you have in the market.
It is very disappointing the way i have been treated and there is no empathy towards my needs.
To give you a brief, i had booked 23 items from Coimbatore dated 14/08/2022 with GC number: 4823013 and the challan also mentioned approx 10 days to reach Patna where i newly shifted. It has been more than 22 days now and neither me nor your team has got any clue where my cargo is and when will i get it delivered in Patna.
I have been continuously following with Mr. Ramchander Choudhary[protected] who is i am told coimbatore hub head. He always used to tell me that he will find out the details and get back to me but he never called back. After continuous followup, he shared me the contact person on Patna of Mr.Suresh Kumar[protected] who is really miserable in customer service as he never picked up my calls .
I am really worried where my cargo is..How can such a reputed company take this so casually that too when the delivery date of 10 days has got extended to 22 days and still no update or call.
Due to the delay, i am forced to stay in a hotel and have been mentally tortured which cant be measured in monetory terms.
I need proper justification for such a huge delay and demand compensation for atleast the monetary loss i have to bear to stay in hotel..
Hope this mail goes to the right people at the top management who take proper action against the negligence and poor customer communication.
