I have booked my consignment(GC No: 4857324) with them (Activa Premium - Brand New condition) by paying 7500/- as a transfer fee from Surat to Chennai on date 20/02/2023 and was delivered to me on date 04/03/2023.(Refer attached photo for GC no)
The vehicle was collected by Vinodkumar from my Home with vehicle number GJ 05 CU 7226 - EICHER, and sent photos after packaging was done . I have asked him to put extra packing on the remaining open areas of the vehicle but he ignored my instructions and didn't respond.(see attachment - chat.jpeg)
The vehicle was delivered to me on the evening of 04/03/2023 by vehicle number TN 05 BZ 9577 and I found my activa is damaged severally, Colors are faded so deeply that inner metal is visible by naked eyes, and that too from every corner of the vehicle. Also I found a ladies stand and its fitting is completely dismantled which also results in severe damage to my vehicle body.
I trust the brand name and work and the reason for that is that I have paid 7500/- to them by expecting that my vehicle will reach me with little/no stretch, but the reality is completely reversed. It reached an even worse condition than it would have reached by Train by just paying 700/- Rs.
I contacted surat branch to initiate claim, they asked me to drop one mail to claim team in chennai, I drafted the mail with full details on march 6th and in response they are telling that now the claim procedure is completely online and you have to submit online claim.
Last 5 days i am trying to submit online form but unfortunatly i am not able to as their website is under maintanance / server issue.
So i am trying to get in touch with them over call but they stopped responding my calls as well.
They fraud and cheated by looting huge amount. During consignment tracking period, their website are down and i need to collect all related information online only by making continuous follow ups.
I am having doubt that, intentionally they are not resolving online tracking and claim form submissions issue to bother people. They definitely aware that their online systems are not functionaling
