My consignment no gckol[protected] from calcutta to bangalore has been not good at all and there is no customer satisfaction. After sales service is too bad with no escalation matrix.
We had number of things broken (Marble patta; sewing machine; washing machine does not work) while the goods arrived during the lockdown, and the company took more 3000 rupee extra while unloading, without any indication to the customers. Even after charging 3000 extra; my carpenter work was not done at all, till today. We called around 20-30 times, but they always tell to wait for tomorrow. This 3000 rupee company has taken without providing any services. My complain number is #488018 and 499165. Lot of my things were damaged along with scratched in mandir and fridge. We spoke to mr suresh from bangalore, but he does not call us back or even reply to our mails. We had claimed for a refund. They always close the complain without any response!!
Our consignment came on 13th may 2020. Till date there is no response from the company side. The escalation matrix of this company is not at all good. The customer care email id does not response or give a satisfactory answer to the customers.
