Subject: - GCN No: WIGNCHE096059 AND CHE043156 GC DATED[protected]; out of 32 cartons to Chennai to Mumbai one of the Cartons was misplaced and instead of our Carton you delivered the carton relates to WIGNCHE096482-and another consignment bearing No: 043156 delivered to Guntur are not properly handling- in the result some of the items were damaged-regarding.
Ref: - Since June, 2017 several email correspondence through my son with the customer care—there is no response from your end.

It is informed to you note that, you advertised through huge publicity in respect of your company i.e. “AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS LIMITED “for the services of packing and movers and you got the Limca Record for largest mover. Basing on the advertisement we choose to you for the purpose of house hold goods transported through your movers from Chennai to Mumbai Vide WIGNCHE096059 dated[protected]; and from Chennai to Guntur vide WIGNCHE043156 dated[protected].
It is further informed to you note that, the goods vide WIGNCHE096059 dated[protected] received on[protected]. Out of 32 items we received one of the Carton received by us through bearing GC No: WIGNCHE096482 is not belongs to us, instead of our carton we received the supra mentioned Carton at the same time our carton was delivered to somebody. The same thing was informed to the customer care through several emails and then your office staff stated that contact Mr.Pankaj (claim executive); the same thing is informed to through email to the said claim executive, but there is no response from your end.
It is further informed to you note that, in respect of the GC No: WIGNCHE096482 dated[protected]; the stocks received by us the handling of the items one of the item Air Conditioner is not properly delivered to us in the result the copper wire affixed with the AC was cut and again we purchased the copper wire for that fixing of AC we spent nearly Rs.2, 000/-; We already informed the same things were happened through email and over phone to your customer service, but there is no response from your end and paid deaf ear. Till today you are not responding our requisitions and emails to your help line/customer care, more over you are not spend the time to know about the supra mentioned complaints.
It is further informed to you note that, we had loss of valuable time as well as money and suffered mental agony for your acts and unfair trade practice. Now we realized that you failed to fulfill your assurance for deliver the goods by way of Packers and Movers through your company. We are having the trust upon your company, you are having “Limca Record for Largest Mover” we are choose to booked the supra mentioned goods thorough your Parcel.
Therefore, I request you to kindly see the matter and immediately and solve the supra mentioned problems and keep your valuable Award of “Limca Record for Largest Mover” and avoid to unhealthy situations and unnecessary litigations between you and us, and keep the trust on your company to us as well as public.
