I had booked the transportation of my Television from Patna to Pune. Agarwal Packers & Movers DRS Patna picked up and shipped my TV as part parcel on 07th Jul 2021. It’s two weeks now and the consignment is not delivered yet. The staff has been completely irresponsible and hasn’t assisted in any manner whatsoever. They are not providing the tracking information nor are they providing the details for contacting the driver.

Updated by tv.niceguy Patna to Pune is a distance of about 1700 KM which should’ve been completed in max 72 hrs. The customer care has told that the TV may be delivered on 31 Jul when the TV was picked up on 07 Jul.
