I booked Toyota Innova from Guwahati to Trivandrum through APML GC no GCGWH[protected]. In this I have made payment of Rs 28000/- twice using upi by mistake. I am continuously approaching to APML customer support for refund of payment but they only give escalation matrix and ask for time 5-7 working days then stop responding. I am trying for last 40-45 days.
Now as of today no one from APML is responding for my refund. I have all mails through which communication was made. People with whom I contacted were Priya Prajapat, Mukesh, Vaibhav Gupta and later agm inbound. Now none of them are responding.
