[Resolved] Agarwal Packers & Movers — Not ready to refund the amount for damaged items

I had hired Agarwal Packers and Movers to transport my belongings from Bangalore to Goa on the 2nd of November.
We suffered a damage of atleast Rs. 30000.
My A.C, sofa-cum-bed, shoe rack, dining table, chairs, teapoy, 2 mattresses, dining sets(imported & unused) have been damaged. Also most of my dresses are spoiled as they kept oil n flour unsealed in the same box.
I also want to add that they had made me pay for insurance.
Now the branch manager ( Contact no.+91 [protected]) is not ready to pay even after several calls. He promises to pay everyday. I received only Rs. 5000 on 11.12.2021 after numerous attempts.
I request you to look into this issue and do the needful.

Updated by Shalu A. Austin I haven't recvd any response from them. The branch manager is avoiding me n abusing me if I call him.
