Agarwal Packers & Movers — Paid advance amount not refunded

On 24th Aug 2023, I booked Agarwal packers and movers for movement of my household items from Noida to Delhi against the booking ID CFRNOIDA[protected]. The movement date was 29th Aug. To confirm the booking, I made an advance payment of rupees 1650. Next day itself on 25th Aug (4 days before the movement date) I cancelled the booking and still I haven’t received my refund of 1650rs yet. Its been almost 33 days now since I cancelled the booking but still the refund is not made. I have been sending multiple emails and made multiple calls to the agarwal packers but I’m not getting proper response from them. They keep on saying that the refund will be processed in some days and they always extend the days. They are making me suffer to get my own money back. Please help me in getting my refund and this company should be punished for making their customer’s life hell and not returning the money.
