I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the highly unprofessional and distressing experience I’ve had with your packer and mover service for my relocation from Bangalore to Udaipur.
The following issues were faced:
Failure to Adhere to Committed Schedule:
Your team initially committed to a specific date and time for pickup, but failed to show up entirely. I was repeatedly misled with false assurances like “we’ll be there in one hour, ” which resulted in wasting an entire working day.
Repeated Delays:
Even the next day, the delay continued for over 3 hours, despite prior commitments.
Mismatched Packing Materials:
The boxes brought were not of the promised sizes, leading to an increase in the number of cartons and thereby inflating the total volume artificially.
Lack of Payment Transparency:
No detailed invoice or breakdown of charges was shared in advance. After the pickup, the final quoted amount was tripled with no prior discussion — this is unacceptable.
Unreasonable Behavior at Delivery:
On delivery, the team once again arrived late by over 4 hours, and demanded full payment before allowing us to inspect the condition of the items. They were unwilling to wait even for a minute.
Impact:
I have suffered significant professional losses, including loss of pay for 4 days due to disrupted work.
The overall experience has caused severe mental stress and personal trauma to me and my family.
I am seeking the following resolutions immediately:
A detailed explanation and breakdown of charges.
A partial refund or compensation for the unjustified price hike and damages caused (financial and non-financial).
An assurance that such incidents will not be repeated with any future customers.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through consumer grievance platforms and legal channels.
