Agarwal Packers & Movers — Poor service in moving goods from Gurgaon to Singapore

All our very valuable crockery arrived broken. Their packaging was very sub-standard. Inspite of taking hefty tips, the packers did a pathetic job.
They did not sue bubble wrap at all. They just used a thin plastic like film which did not provide enough protection. As a result, we lost our very precious imported souvenirs, crockery and glass frames.

Not only their packing but also their delivery team is very lousy. They took 10 days to come back with final invoice after picking up goods from our place. They do not provide any updates about the movement of goods unless you ask. This resulted delays in receiving the packages.
