I had booked a shipment for movement of goods, it was scheduled to be dispatched on 07 Jul 2023.
I had paid 10% of booking charges i.e. INR 550.
I had intimated them on 3rd July 2023 about cancelation of booking due to change in plan. As per the contract full money was to be refunded if it was intimated 4 days in advance, which I did.
I had received several commitments from APML side over mail committing to refund the money the money.
As per their last mail communication on 22nd July 2022, they informed that the refund will be provided in next 10 working days max.
However as on today 9th September 2023 I haven't received the money.
I've attached herewith the
1) Quotation stating cancellation process 2) payment receipt 3) Booking confirmation receipt 4) Mail from APML side confirming the refund in 10 days from 22nd July 2023.
