Informed via email to cancel booking on 29th May 2023 and requested to initiate refund of advance Rs 10, 000. The same is also acknowledged from the customer care team.

Followed up more than 6 times via email and refund not yet issued. Standard reply mentioned below is being sent promptly after every follow up.

"Apology for the delay, your concern regarding the refund has already been forwarded to finance please cooperate with us for 5 to 6 working days."
